This Privacy Policy explains how the Discord bot "Ami Tracker" (the "Bot") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use it. It supplements the Terms of Service and should be read together with it. Where this Policy uses terms like "Guild," "Channel," or "User," they have the same meaning as in the Terms of Service.

Personal data is retained indefinitely, for as long as needed to provide the Bot's functionality. Removing the Bot from a Guild, or no longer using a command, does not automatically delete previously stored data. Data remains stored until a deletion request is made (see Section 7).

The Bot is intended for use in accordance with Discord's own age requirements (13+, or higher where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided personal data to the Bot, contact us at the address above so it can be removed.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
