These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Discord bot "Ami Tracker" (the "Bot"), including all commands, features, and related services. By adding the Bot to a Discord server ("Guild"), or by otherwise interacting with the Bot, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, on behalf of the Guild you manage or use the Bot in.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not add or use the Bot.

1. About the Bot

The Bot is a third-party tool that helps users track product listings on amiami (a Japanese hobby/figure retailer), including:

Looking up product information (/product).
Creating and managing personal wishlists, and adding/removing products to/from them (/wishlist).
Tracking products you have already bought, including purchase price and date (/inventory).
Creating channel-based notifications for new product listings, stock changes, and price changes (/search-notification).
Server-wide and personal configuration (/server-settings, /settings).
A setup wizard and help/informational commands (/wizard, /help, /about).

The Bot is an independent, unofficial project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to amiami Inc. or amiami.com. All product data, names, images, and trademarks referenced by the Bot belong to their respective owners. Product data is sourced from publicly available information on the amiami website and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or out of date.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using the Bot. You agree not to:

Use the Bot to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
Abuse, spam, or attempt to overload the Bot or its infrastructure.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Bot's operation.
Use the Bot in a way that could disrupt amiami's website or services.

We reserve the right to restrict, rate-limit, or block any user, channel, or guild from using the Bot at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected abuse.

3. Data We Collect and Store

To provide its functionality, the Bot stores the following data indefinitely (i.e., until deleted per Section 4 or removed automatically as described below):

3.1 Guild (server) data

When the Bot is added to a server, we store:

The Guild's Discord ID and name.
The Guild's preferred and secondary display currencies.
Configuration for channels where the Bot is used, including the channel's Discord ID, name, and any product-search-notification configurations created in that channel.
Guild-level usage limits (e.g., maximum number of wishlists, wishlist entries, or channel notifications), where applicable.

3.2 User data

When you interact with the Bot, we store:

Your Discord user ID and username.
Your preferred display currency and other personal settings.
Any wishlists you create, including their names, settings, and the products added to them.
Any products you mark as "bought," including the price you paid and the date of purchase.
User-level usage limits, where applicable.

3.3 Channel data

For any channel where the Bot is configured (e.g., to post product notifications), we store the channel's Discord ID, name, its parent Guild, and its notification configuration.

3.4 What we do not collect

The Bot does not read or store the content of your regular messages, does not collect payment card information itself (see Section 6), and does not access data outside of what is needed for the features above.

3.5 Retention

The data above is retained indefinitely, even if the Bot is removed from a Guild or you stop using it. Removing the Bot from a Guild does not delete any previously stored data. The only way to have your data deleted is to submit a request as described in Section 4.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (or otherwise have applicable data protection rights), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.

To request deletion or access to your data (as a user, or on behalf of a Guild you administer), email:

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to and fulfill verified requests within a reasonable time frame, consistent with applicable law.

Deleting data may cause loss of your wishlists, tracked purchases, notification configurations, and settings, and this action cannot be undone.

You may also remove the Bot from your Guild at any time via Discord's server settings, which stops the Bot from operating in that Guild going forward.

5. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

The Bot will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Product information, prices, availability, or stock notifications will be accurate or delivered in a timely manner.
Any purchase decisions made based on the Bot's information will lead to a successful or accurate outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Bot's developer(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, missed purchases, data loss, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Bot, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the Bot entirely at your own risk.

6. Optional Paid Upgrades

The Bot may offer optional, guild-specific paid upgrades (e.g., increased usage limits, additional features) in the future or currently. These upgrades are entirely optional. The Bot's core functionality remains available free of charge.

Any equivalent benefits offered by a paid upgrade may also be obtainable through free means (e.g., manual request, promotional access, or other non-monetary methods) at our discretion. Accordingly, any payment made for such an upgrade is considered a voluntary donation supporting development and hosting costs, rather than a purchase of an exclusive service unavailable by other means.

Paid upgrades, where offered, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any paid upgrade at any time.

7. Availability and Changes to the Bot

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot (in whole or in part), any command, or any feature, at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from such changes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Bot operates on top of Discord and retrieves data from amiami's public website. Your use of Discord and amiami is governed by their own respective terms of service and privacy policies, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
